Meet Stephanie
I’m Stephanie Cencibaugh. I spent years building service businesses from the inside, first in the beauty industry and later as the co-founder of Girls & Roses, a tattoo studio we built around a completely redesigned client experience. While running the studio, I also developed a consulting program that helped other tattoo business owners improve their brand, pricing, client experience, retention, and systems.
I’m obsessed with how businesses work, why clients buy, what makes them come back, and all the little details that make an experience work beautifully.
