I’m Stephanie

I build better brands, client experiences, and business systems.

I spent years building service businesses from the inside, then turned what I learned into a consulting program for other business owners. Now I help professional service providers figure out what’s getting in the way of sales, retention, and growth, and build businesses that work better for their clients, their team, and themselves.

I’ve spent my career inside service businesses, studying what makes them work. I started in the beauty industry, where I spent a decade behind the chair and in education and leadership, before eventually co-founding Girls & Roses, an award-winning tattoo studio in Portland, Oregon.

At Girls & Roses, we questioned nearly every convention of the traditional tattoo experience. We introduced transparent pricing, online booking, intentionally structured scheduling, documented service standards, and a hospitality-driven client experience. The studio expanded twice, maintained roughly 40% returning clients, earned a 5.0-star Google rating across nearly 100 reviews, and was recognized for Best Customer Service in Portland.

I also developed a consulting and education program that taught other tattoo business owners the strategies and systems behind what we had built, from positioning and pricing to retention, client experience, operations, and team development.

Today, I bring that experience to professional service providers who want to build stronger businesses. I’m particularly good at looking at the whole picture, noticing the details other people miss, and figuring out where the experience, offer, or operation is breaking down.

I believe a great brand isn’t merely what a business says. It’s what the client actually experiences. And the strongest businesses are intentionally built to work for the clients, the team, and the person who owns them.
